Since I started the program, I lost over the amount I wanted to lose. I started at 183 and now I am 159. I don’t call it a diet because it is a change in eating habits. I thought I would miss the sugar and coffee and to my unexpected surprise I did not. I have been wearing clothes that have not seen the outside of my Rubbemaid containers in years. I am still perplexed on how I could have lost so many inches eating the most food I have ever eaten. Haylie I thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing your book. I especially liked the scientific breakdown. I should mention that I don’t cook (I am allergic to the kitchen LOL), but I have been cooking your recipes. My boyfriend asked if I was someone else because he has never seen me in the kitchen before! –Barbara M.
